How to Handle Complaints

A Training session “How to Handle Complaints” was conducted on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, facilitated by Zaira Soloman (Manager Nursing Dept) & Tayyaba Zahra (PRO Quality Assurance Dept). The session was arranged by Taimoor Zia (Coordinator) Health Professional’s Education Services (HPES) of Darul Sehat Hospital (DSH) & Liaquat College of Medicine and Dentistry (LCMD). The session was attended by patient services executives at all levels who deal with patient complaint handling.
